If you follow me on Instagram you would have seen this post a few weeks back. This green smoothie is my go-to morning fuel – It’s so EASY.
In a blender combine:
- 2 Ice Cubes
- 1 Handful Fresh Baby Kale
- 1/2 a Cup Frozen Pineapple
- Simply Orange with Coconut Water to blend
Lately my breakfast routine typically includes this smoothie, two strips of turkey bacon, a banana and of course a cup of green tea. Low calorie and nutrient rich!
